Mood SketchBook: The one on the right was made BEFORE the one on the left. I'm in group therapy. After a couple sessions I was feeling like I had to say something but I had nothing to say and that feeling got suffocating at some point. And then one day, for the first time, I spoke, and then I cried, and then I felt relieved. and then after that, I drew the pge on the left.
